What an amazing place! I have had therapy for 2 different issues. I feel like they deal with the whole person and not just one particular body part. The therapy was challenging, but customized to what I could do. I experienced wonderful progress and healing of pelvic floor issues & nerve pain in my back with Dr. Nicole, and recovery & strengthening after hip replacement under the care of Dr. Becky. One thing I especially liked was the privacy aspect. You are one-on-one in a private setting, so I felt free to discuss things that I would not have been comfortable talking about in a room full of people, as some therapy places have. Other staff at Practically Perfect are great too! So much kindness & competence all in one place.

Mora Pluchino is professional, kind, and attentive. She listens and then provides excellent advice. She taught me exercises which I'll be able to continue at home. I highly recommend Mora to anyone who is in need of pelvic floor therapy.
